We are looking for a Keyplayer (m/f/d) to join the in-house consulting team of a leading European company in healthcare distribution and services. As part of the company's strategic transformation, the team drives high-impact initiatives across the organization, working closely with senior management on key business priorities.

Lead and deliver high-impact and cross-functional strategy and transformation projects from
initial concept through execution.Develop actionable strategies, translate strategic concepts into practical implementation plans
and support sustainable execution.Partner with senior executives, manage complex stakeholder environments and ensure
alignment across multiple business functions.Identify opportunities for innovation across the organization and contribute to the continued
development of the company’s capabilities and project portfolio.

Profil
Outstanding academic background.
Minimum of four years of experience in a top-tier management consultancy or in a strategic role
within an international organization.Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic environments.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with a pragmatic, execution-oriented
mindset as well as excellent communication skills.Business-fluent English is required; German is not required.
