Lead and manage complex M&A projects across the full transaction lifecycle.

Drive the planning and execution of post-merger integration activities, identify synergies,
establish effective governance structures and ensure transparent progress tracking.

Continuously enhance the organization’s M&A integration framework and contribute to the
evolution of best practices across the group.

Coordinate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including legal, tax, finance, as well as
merger control streams, to facilitate successful transaction execution.

Build trusted relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, working closely with
executive leadership and international business units throughout the transaction process.
