Budget and Profit & Loss responsibility: Prepare, plan and execute local budget plan, based on sales and development schedule, cost efficient quotes and capacity planning to support business targets

Manage a mixed team with key target of margin management to ensure sustainable profitable growth related to target performance indicators and start adequate measures, when corrections are required

 Manage and supervise interfaces with other Matrix functions and departments to ensure good communication and knowledge, based on product and customer requirements and implementation of new business

Communicate company and business tasks and train, coach, motivate and develop performance of employees, within organigram responsibility

Leadership in local continuous improvement projects

Manage local resources and investment to reach budget target: Select equipment and machines, ensure optimal capacity load, select and hire new employees, implement new technologies with focus on automation, to ensure profitable growth

Manage day to day site requirements including safety & maintenance, systems, building, insurances and other services, to ensure that site remains on high level of appearance and order
